Rear Gardens!!

Picture 1 of 5

I spent yesterday afternoon with the folks at Wakoola Water Gardens.  Cla Allgood and his staff at Wakoola treated me to a great tour of their 9-acre “store”.  Wakoola is the premier supplier for outdoor water features, ponds, garden supplies, grilling supplies, and gifts in Atlanta.  They have an unbelievable outdoor area complete with multiple gardens,  Koi ponds, waterfalls, and a great outdoor kitchen.  If you’re in North Atlanta make a point to check out Wakoola — you won’t be disappointed.  While you’re there be sure to pick up some Mumbo Jumbo {no-nonsense seasoning}.

{no-nonsense} artist – Carl Warner

BROCCOLI FOREST

Picture 1 of 6

We at Mumbo Jumbo appreciate all forms of fine art. But when you add our love of food to the mix, we get really excited. Carl Warner is a very unique photographer. He actually makes landscapes out of food which he calls, “foodscapes”.  At first glance these surreal pieces of art come across as paintings or Photoshop renderings, when in all actuality they are mini-set designs made of food. Simply incredible! He is definitely what we like to call a {no-nonsense} artist. If there is anyone you know that comes to mind as a {no-nonsense} artist, we want to know about them.
