One of my favorite breakfasts has to lox and bagels with mumbo jumbo elegance. It’s so simple to make and it’s sure to add a little sunshine to your day. The recipe is as follows:

Toast your favorite bagel.

Add cream cheese.

Slice avacado’s and place on bagel.

Add capers.

Add salmon. (I use Vita Wild Lox Salmon but any brand will due)

Add a tomato slice.

And top it off with a sprinkle of Mumbo Jumbo Elegance.
